Standard Product Ad: Standard products are located at the sellers’ addresses. After the buyer pays Medbidding, the seller ships the product to our operation center. After technical inspections are performed by our expert engineers, the product is delivered to the buyer. Free and unlimited listing duration.

Approved Product Ad: Approved products are in our operation centers. Technical inspections are already completed and ready for delivery. Featured on the platform and prioritized in search results. Free storage included. Can be delivered to the buyer immediately. Free and unlimited listing duration.

Starred Product Ad: Paid promotional service. The seller’s contact information (name, phone, email) is published on the ad page. Buyers contact sellers directly. Listed at the top of homepage, search results, and category pages. Technical inspection, delivery, and payment terms are based entirely on buyer-seller agreement.

The product location and delivery process vary by ad type. Standard products are with the seller; after payment, they come to our operation center for inspection, then are delivered to the buyer. Approved products are in our warehouses, ready for immediate delivery. Starred products allow buyers to contact sellers directly to discuss delivery details.

Standard Product Ad: The product is located at the seller’s address. After the buyer pays Medbidding, the seller ships the product to our operation center. Here, our engineers verify its technical condition. Once confirmed, it is delivered to the buyer. Delivery time varies by location and category.

Approved Product Ad: The product is located in our operation center in the relevant country. Since technical inspections are already complete, it is ready for immediate delivery after payment.

Starred Product Ad: The product is with the seller, and their contact details are visible. The buyer discusses price and delivery directly with the seller. Technical inspection and payment terms depend on the agreement between the parties. While Medbidding provides support upon request, the process is primarily between the buyer and the seller.

Shipping Terms: Shipping costs depend on location. For sales within Turkiye and countries with our operation centers: the seller pays shipping to the center, and the buyer pays from the center to their address. In countries without operation centers, remote inspection is performed via video call. The product ships directly from seller to buyer; the seller covers this shipping cost. Free shipping may be available in some categories.

In order to add a Medbidding Approved product ad to the platform, your device must be physically checked by our engineers. After adding the sales ad to the platform, you must bring the device yourself or deliver it to our store via a cargo company.

Your device is received by our engineers with a delivery report. It is kept in our warehouse to be sold on your behalf. After the device is checked, your ad is updated and you are informed.

Medbidding Supplier System is a member group to which our members who trade secondhand medical devices are added. We contact the members of the supplier group for secondhand medical product requests that are not advertised on the platform. In line with the requests from the buyers, automatic messages are sent to our members in the supplier system. This system helps to sell needed medical devices faster. Hundreds of new requests coming to our platform are filtered by our engineers. Requests that are likely to result in sales are forwarded to our members through the Medbidding Supplier System and the products are expected to be added to the platform. When the ads of the requested products are added to the Medbidding platform, the buyers are contacted by our engineers.

We send automatic notifications about the required medical products to your e-mail address registered on the Medbidding platform and/or to the Whatsapp Medbidding channel. The recommended Medbidding sales price is the price suggested by our engineers considering the market conditions, so that the products added to the Medbidding platform can be sold quickly. For example, if a product listed at 1,500 USD is sold for 1,200 USD after negotiation, the commission is calculated on 1,200 USD. In this case, the deduction amount would be 1,200 x 0.20 = 240 USD, and the payment made to the seller would be 960 USD, excluding taxes.

In Starred Product ads, since the buyer contacts the seller directly and completes the payment outside the platform, Medbidding does not charge any commission for these transactions.

The distinguishing feature of these ads is that the Seller Information box is active on the product detail page. Buyers can contact the seller directly using the phone and e-mail information in this area, ask questions, and make offers. Buyers can shop directly with the sellers of such ads.

The purchased Starred Product ad package remains valid for the preferred package duration (e.g., 30 days, 60 days). This period starts the moment the service is activated.

When the package period expires, the ad automatically reverts to standard status, and the Seller Information box containing the seller’s contact details is removed from the page. A new package can be purchased to extend the duration.

The standard duration of the service may vary by category. The standard package duration is 60 days; however, 30-day packages are also available in some categories. In some cases, an additional 5 or 15 days of free time may be provided by Medbidding in addition to the standard duration. You can contact the Medbidding team to request free additional time.

The Starred Product service is a premium feature that offers sellers the privilege of highlighting their ads and directly publishing their contact information. This transparency helps the seller prove their reliability while allowing buyers to contact the seller directly.

Yes. The Starred Product service is valid across all language options on our platform.

Our system is quite intelligent in this regard. When you purchase the service, the Starred Product feature automatically activates in all language versions of your ad. This way, you can easily reach international buyers.

The expiration of a Starred Product period is understood by the disappearance of the yellow label on the ad and the Seller Information box.

The process is entirely automatic. When a Starred Product ad expires, it is converted to a standard ad type by the system. With this conversion, the Seller Information box on the product page disappears, and the ad reverts to its normal appearance. This process is performed automatically by the system every day.

Yes. Existing ads with standard status can be upgraded to Starred Product status at any time.

No. The Starred Product service is valid for only a single ad, and the remaining time cannot be transferred to another ad.

The service package is defined by the ID number of the ad. If the ad is sold before the package period expires (e.g., on the 3rd day), it indicates that the service has successfully achieved its purpose. In this case, the remaining time (e.g., 27 days) cannot be frozen, refunded, or transferred to another product ad.

No. Cancellation or refund is not possible from the moment the payment is made for the Starred Product promotion package.

Since the Starred Product service is a digital service performed immediately, no cancellation or refund is made. As soon as the payment is made, your ad is highlighted, and your contact information becomes accessible. Even if the service period (e.g., 30 days) continues, the visibility and data sharing advantage provided by the service is considered used immediately. Therefore, the refund procedure is not applied after the purchase transaction.

Sold Ads: Ads with completed sales appear at the very end of the list, in alphabetical order. These ads can no longer be purchased but remain visible for reference purposes.

This ranking system helps featured ads gain visibility while allowing buyers to easily find products that fit their budget. You can use the “Starred Product” or “Approved Product” features to move your listing to the top.

Yes, if a defect is found in a secondhand medical device that is no longer under warranty, we can offer paid technical service and repair, where appropriate.

Defect Detection During Inspection: When the product arrives at our operation center, it undergoes a detailed technical inspection by our expert engineers. If a defect not disclosed in the ad is found during this inspection, we notify you and assess whether the repair can be carried out.

Evaluation Based on Device Type: Repair availability depends on the device’s brand, model, spare part availability, and the nature of the defect; therefore, we may not be able to offer repair for every device. Whether the service is possible becomes clear only after our team examines the device.

Repair Process: If the repair is possible and you approve it, the work is carried out for a fee and the device is made ready for sale in working condition. If the repair is not possible or you prefer not to proceed, the device is returned to you upon request; in this case, shipping costs are your responsibility.
