The sales agreement on the conditions page, accepted when becoming a member, defines the responsibilities of the buyer, the seller and the intermediary. We commit to complying with its terms. For Approved Product Ads, deliveries are made with signed delivery reports.

Throughout the sales process, written or verbal approval is obtained from the buyer and the seller for every step. For Standard Product Ads, the product is checked by Medbidding engineers via video call; if the buyer and seller approve, contact details are shared. For Approved Product Ads, the buyer pays Medbidding, the product is physically checked before delivery, and the seller is paid after the product is delivered to the buyer. If a problem arises, every possibility for an amicable solution is explored.

Trading with Medbidding is safe. For Approved Product Ads, the rights of both the buyer and the seller are protected. Your money and property are safe.

First you become a member, then you add an ad on the sell product page with the product name, sale price and product images. The ad is published after being reviewed by Medbidding engineers and our unbiased AI agents. Ads can be added from any country.

Membership is completed quickly with a few details (email, phone, password). Please make sure your details are correct so that we can reach you. You can use the sign-up page to become a member.

Standard Product Ads can be converted to Approved Product Ads when the product is sent to our operation center.

There are two ad types on Medbidding. For Standard Product Ads, the product is at the seller’s address and the buyer and seller are matched. For Approved Product Ads, the product is at our operation center; technical expertise is provided and the payment is secured with the Secure Payment System. Both ad types are published free of charge and without a time limit.

Standard Product Ad: The product is checked by Medbidding engineers via video call. If the buyer and seller approve, contact details are shared; payment and delivery are arranged directly between the buyer and the seller. The seller pays 1% of the ad price, taxes included, as the service fee.

Approved Product Ad: The product is physically checked before delivery, featured on the platform and ranked higher in search results. The buyer pays Medbidding; after the product is delivered to the buyer, a 15% service fee, taxes excluded, is deducted from the sale price and the remainder is paid to the seller. The product is stored free of charge until it is sold.

The product location and delivery depend on the ad type. For Standard Product Ads, the product is at the seller’s address and delivery is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller. For Approved Product Ads, the product is ready for delivery at our operation center and is shipped to the buyer after payment.

Standard Product Ad: The product is checked by Medbidding engineers via video call. If the buyer and seller approve, contact details are shared; delivery and shipping details are agreed between the parties.

Approved Product Ad: The product is at our operation center with its technical expertise completed. It can be shipped immediately after the buyer pays Medbidding.

Shipping Conditions: For Approved Product Ads, the seller pays the shipping cost to the operation center and the buyer pays the shipping cost from the operation center to the buyer. If the seller is abroad, the product is sent to our operation center in the seller’s country; if there is no operation center in that country, the ad is published as a Standard Product Ad. For Standard Product Ads, the shipping cost is agreed between the buyer and the seller.

Yes. We can assist you with the ad creation process.

To add an ad on your behalf, please provide the following information: Your name, surname, phone number, and e-mail address, along with clear product images, brand, model, and your determined Medbidding sales price.

Upon receiving this information, we will create an account and add the product ad on your behalf. Subsequently, your system-generated login details will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. For your security, we recommend logging in and changing your password.

There are no restrictions on individuals, companies, institutions, organizations, or countries on the Medbidding platform. You can sign up as an individual or a corporate member. Memberships can be made, bids can be placed, and sales ads can be added from any country. The following people can use the Medbidding platform as both buyers and sellers:

Yes. Becoming a member, adding ads and bidding on Medbidding are free. For Standard Product Ads, the seller pays 1% of the ad price, taxes included, as the service fee when a buyer is found; for Approved Product Ads, the seller pays 15% of the sale price, taxes excluded, when the product is sold.

No membership fee, listing fee or advertising fee is charged. Products in Approved Product Ads are stored free of charge at our operation center until they are sold.

National and international options such as bank transfer, credit card, Western Union, and cryptocurrency are available for payments.

Under the Secure Payment System, payment is made to Medbidding at the time of order. Cash on delivery is not available.

For credit card payments, the product to be purchased must be eligible for this payment method. You can contact us to check eligibility. Within Turkiye, installments up to 12 months are available on credit cards. Interest applies to installment payments made by credit card. Installment options may vary depending on whether the credit card is commercial or personal.

Yes. A 15% service fee is deducted from the seller on sales completed through the Medbidding Secure Payment System. No deduction is made from the buyer.

The Medbidding service fee is calculated based on the final agreed sales price, not the list price in the ad. For example, if a product listed at 1,500 USD is sold for 1,000 USD after negotiation, the service fee is 150.00 USD, exclusive of taxes.

Tax deductions on the payment to the seller are calculated separately in accordance with current legislation. Before the sale is completed, we obtain the seller’s approval for the amount to be paid.

With our expert engineering team, we make every effort to ensure the satisfaction of both sellers and buyers. We cover the cost of every service we provide, including storage, packaging, maintenance, technical expertise, advertising, sales and support, from the service fee we receive. This is the only way we can generate the income needed to keep our platform running.

The Medbidding Approved label is added to the sales ads of products that have been physically checked by Medbidding engineers.

These products stand out on the platform and are listed as a priority. Since they have been checked and approved, these products are more reliable and are preferred by buyers. Since their technical checks have been done in advance, they can be delivered quickly. Thanks to the Medbidding Approved system, we are able to speed up sales by shortening operational processes.

In addition, the Medbidding Approved label is added to the product ads of our members registered in the Medbidding Supplier System and our partners in other countries.

In order to add a Medbidding Approved product ad to the platform, your device must be physically checked by our engineers. After adding the sales ad to the platform, you must bring the device yourself or deliver it to our store via a cargo company.

Your device is received by our engineers with a delivery report. It is kept in our warehouse to be sold on your behalf. After the device is checked, your ad is updated and you are informed.

Yes. We provide realistic price suggestions appropriate for the market for ads added to the Medbidding platform. This price analysis can only be performed after the ad has been added to the platform.

All ads added to our platform are regularly audited by our engineers. Through these audits, we prevent pricing that deviates from market realities, establishing a fair trading environment for both buyers and sellers. We strive to maintain prices within a reasonable range and ensure price stability.

If the price set by the seller is significantly above or below market value, our team contacts the seller to communicate the Recommended Medbidding Sales Price. This process is conducted to accelerate the sales process through accurate pricing. We provide realistic price suggestions appropriate for the market. We do not allow either the buyer or the seller to be disadvantaged regarding price.

For the security of our members, price suggestions are provided based strictly on the information detailed in the ad. We are unable to offer price suggestions before an ad is created on the platform.

The recommended Medbidding sales price is the price suggested by our engineers considering the market conditions, so that the products added to the Medbidding platform can be sold quickly. Recommended prices include the Medbidding service fee. We aim to maintain market prices thanks to the recommended Medbidding sales prices. Due to our responsibility in this regard, we cannot allow too low or too high prices. We protect the rights of buyers and sellers by trying to keep prices in a reasonable range.

Ads added are checked in detail by our engineers. If the price set by the seller is well below or above the market price, our engineers will contact the seller and report the recommended Medbidding sales price. This way we maintain market prices. We do not allow neither the seller nor the buyer to suffer from the price issue.

When the ads of the requested products are added to the Medbidding platform, the buyers are contacted by our engineers.

We send automatic notifications about the required medical products to your e-mail address registered on the Medbidding platform and/or to the Whatsapp Medbidding channel. Ads with the same price are listed alphabetically. Sold ads appear at the very end of the list, in alphabetical order.

Approved Products: Products located in our operation center with completed technical inspections are listed second. Within this group, they are sorted from lowest to highest price. Approved products with the same price are listed alphabetically.

Standard Ads: All active ads that are not Approved appear second. Within this group, they are sorted from lowest to highest price. Standard ads with the same price are listed alphabetically.

Sold Ads: Ads with completed sales appear at the very end of the list, in alphabetical order. These ads can no longer be purchased but remain visible for reference purposes.

This ranking system helps featured ads gain visibility while allowing buyers to easily find products that fit their budget. You can use the “Approved Product” feature to move your listing to the top.

Large and Heavy Devices: For products that cannot be shipped via standard cargo, freight shipping services are used. In such cases, the process and costs are communicated to the buyer in advance.

International Sales: In countries where we do not have an operation center, technical inspection is conducted via video call and the product is shipped directly from the seller to the buyer. In this case, shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility.

Packaging: Proper packaging is critical to prevent damage during shipping. For large devices, we strongly recommend using the most protective packaging available.

Yes. You can pay with a credit card on the Medbidding platform. Credit cards offer installment options of up to 12 months; however, interest is applied to installment transactions.

For payments made by credit card, the product being purchased must be eligible for this payment method. You can contact us to learn which products accept credit card payments.

Yes. If a defect is found in a secondhand medical device that is no longer under warranty, we can offer paid technical service and repair, where appropriate.

Defect Detection During Inspection: When the product arrives at our operation center, it undergoes a detailed technical inspection by our expert engineers. If a defect not disclosed in the ad is found during this inspection, we notify you and assess whether the repair can be carried out.

Evaluation Based on Device Type: Repair availability depends on the device’s brand, model, spare part availability, and the nature of the defect; therefore, we may not be able to offer repair for every device. Whether the service is possible becomes clear only after our team examines the device.

Repair Process: If the repair is possible and you approve it, the work is carried out for a fee and the device is made ready for sale in working condition. If the repair is not possible or you prefer not to proceed, the device is returned to you upon request; in this case, shipping costs are your responsibility.

There is no risk of this with Approved Product listings, as the product undergoes a detailed technical inspection by our expert engineers at our operation center before it reaches you. With Standard Product listings, the product comes from the seller to our operation center after purchase and goes through the same technical inspection before it is shipped to you.

Approved Product: The product has already been inspected and is ready for delivery before purchase. Its compliance with the specifications stated in the ad has been verified in advance.

Standard Product: After payment, the product arrives at our operation center and is inspected by our engineers. If a defect not disclosed in the ad is found during inspection, you can either accept having the product repaired and shipped to you, or decline and request that it be returned to the seller.

After logging in to your account, go to the “My Products” page under “My Account,” click the pencil icon next to your listing, enter the new price in the “Sale price” field in USD, and save it with the “Update” button at the bottom of the page. After the update, your listing is temporarily taken offline; Medbidding engineers review it and publish it again.
