There are three ad types on the Medbidding platform: Standard Product Ad (product at seller’s address, free listing), Approved Product Ad (product in our operation center, pre-inspected, featured, free listing), Starred Product Ad (product at seller’s address, paid promotion, seller info visible, direct contact).

Standard Product Ad: Standard products are at the sellers’ addresses. When you order, the seller ships the product to our operation center. After technical inspection, the product is delivered to the buyer. Free and unlimited listing duration.

Approved Product Ad: Approved products are in our operation centers. Technical inspections are already completed and ready for delivery. Featured on the platform and prioritized in search results. Free storage included. Can be delivered to the buyer immediately. Free and unlimited listing duration.

Starred Product Ad: Paid promotional service. The seller’s contact information (name, phone, email) is published on the ad page. Buyers contact sellers directly. Listed at the top of homepage, search results, and category pages. Technical inspection, delivery, and payment terms are based entirely on buyer-seller agreement.

The product’s location and delivery process vary by ad type. Standard products are with the seller. After payment, they come to our operation center for inspection, then delivered to the buyer. Approved products are in our warehouses, ready for immediate delivery. Starred products let you contact the seller directly to discuss delivery details.

Standard Product Ad: Products are at the seller’s address. When you order, payment is collected (full payment or deposit). The seller then ships the product to our operation center. Our expert engineers inspect it and confirm it matches the ad specifications. Once inspection is complete, the product is delivered to the buyer. Delivery time depends on the product category and buyer/seller locations.

Approved Product Ad: Products are in our operation center in Turkiye, or in our partner country operation centers. Technical inspections are already completed. They are ready for delivery. After payment, the product can be delivered immediately.

Starred Product Ad: Products are at the seller’s address. The seller’s contact information is published on the ad page. Buyers contact the seller directly to discuss price, delivery, shipping, and all other details. Technical inspection, delivery, and payment terms are based entirely on buyer-seller agreement. The Medbidding team assists when either party requests support, but the transaction happens between buyer and seller.

Shipping Terms: Shipping costs depend on buyer and seller locations. In Turkiye sales, the seller pays shipping to our operation center. From the operation center to the buyer, the buyer pays shipping. When both buyer and seller are outside Turkiye, the process differs. If there is a local operation center in the seller’s country, the seller pays shipping to that center. Inspections happen there. The buyer pays shipping from the center to their address. If there is no operation center in the seller’s country, inspections happen via remote video call. The product ships directly from seller to buyer. The seller covers this shipping cost. Free shipping may be available in some categories.

In order to add a “Medbidding Approved” product ad to the platform, your device must be physically checked by our engineers. After adding the sales ad to the platform, you must bring the device yourself or deliver it to our store via a cargo company.

Your device is received by our engineers with a delivery report. It is kept in our warehouse to be sold on your behalf. After the device is checked, your ad is updated and you are informed.

Medbidding Supplier System is a member group to which our members who trade secondhand medical devices are added. We contact the members of the supplier group for secondhand medical product requests that are not advertised on the platform. In line with the requests from the buyers, automatic messages are sent to our members in the supplier system. This system helps to sell needed medical devices faster. Hundreds of new requests coming to our platform are filtered by our engineers. Requests that are likely to result in sales are forwarded to our members through the Medbidding Supplier System and the products are expected to be added to the platform. When the ads of the requested products are added to the Medbidding platform, the buyers are contacted by our engineers.

We send automatic notifications about the required medical products to your e-mail address registered on the Medbidding platform and/or to the Whatsapp Medbidding channel. If the price set by the seller is significantly above or below market value, our team contacts the seller to communicate the “Recommended Medbidding Sales Price.” This process is conducted to accelerate the sales process through accurate pricing. We provide realistic price suggestions appropriate for the market. We do not allow either the buyer or the seller to be disadvantaged regarding price.

For the security of our members, price suggestions are provided based strictly on the information detailed in the ad. We are unable to offer price suggestions before an ad is created on the platform.

The recommended Medbidding sales price is the price suggested by our engineers considering the market conditions, so that the products added to the Medbidding platform can be sold quickly. Recommended prices include Medbidding brokerage commission. We aim to maintain market prices thanks to the recommended Medbidding sales prices. The expiration of a “Starred Product” period is understood by the disappearance of the yellow label on the ad and the “Seller Information” box.

The process is entirely automatic. When a “Starred Product” ad expires, it is converted to a standard ad type by the system. With this conversion, the “Seller Information” box on the product page disappears, and the ad reverts to its normal appearance. This process is performed automatically by the system every day.

Yes, existing ads with standard status can be upgraded to “Starred Product” status at any time.

No, the “Starred Product” service is valid for only a single ad, and the remaining time cannot be transferred to another ad.

The service package is defined by the ID number of the ad. If the ad is sold before the package period expires (e.g., on the 3rd day), it indicates that the service has successfully achieved its purpose. In this case, the remaining time (e.g., 27 days) cannot be frozen, refunded, or transferred to another product ad.

No, cancellation or refund is not possible from the moment the payment is made for the “Starred Product” promotion package.

Since the “Starred Product” service is a digital service performed immediately, no cancellation or refund is made. As soon as the payment is made, your ad is highlighted, and your contact information becomes accessible. Even if the service period (e.g., 30 days) continues, the visibility and data sharing advantage provided by the service is considered used immediately. Therefore, the refund procedure is not applied after the purchase transaction.
